In this context please ensure at your end that no such broadcast\/campaign of the listed ban on Housing Schemes should be made from your end. This is extremely critical compliance with the High court Order and the breach of which not only amounts to extreme measures by PTA but also amounts to contempt of the honourable court. It is therefore re-iterated to ensure every measure is taken to restrict promotional Broadcasts of the banned list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We are committed to providing the utmost customer experience while securing our valuable subscribers from spam, obnoxious, fraudulent, and unsolicited communication. In light of PTA’s recent directives and in accordance with W.P. In case, if the housing project doesn\u2019t exist on the approved list, the mask\/sender would not be allowed to carry SMS traffic using our platform.
